NEON
SALINITY AND CONDUCTIVITY MEASURES WITH WIFI

RAPID MEASUREMENT OF SALINITY & CONDUCTIVITY

Robust small meter with WiFi and digital salinity sensor (3, 7 or 15m cable). For fast on-site measurement of salinity, conductivity (conductivity) and temperature in all types of water, e.g. in fish farms, RAS systems and aquariums, as well as water treatment plants, groundwater monitoring and industrial wastewater.

Always ready to go!

With the handy little Neon and oxygen sensor, you can measure temperature, salinity and conductivity in seconds. The sensor has very high measurement reliability and requires minimal maintenance.

Data logging (3000 measuring points) in a punctual and automatic mode and data transfer to PC is easy thanks to WiFi (no additional cable needed).

Resistant to interference thanks to digital signal processing, and pre-amplification integrated into the sensor.

Neon comes calibrated and ready to use in a convenient carrying case, with a sodium sulfite bottle.

Advantages

  • Easy to use Fast!

  • Immediate Offshoots Rugged, waterproof IP67 and lightweight

  • Datalogging

  • Data transfer via Wi-Fi Digital Optical Sensor:

  • Do not use oxygen, increased measurement reliability, reduced maintenance

Areas of use

  • Aquaculture Surface and groundwater monitoring services

  • Treatment of wastewater (inlet, aeration pool, outlet).

  • Industrial Water Treatment

Features

  • Auto Off: 2, 5, 10, 15, 30 min

  • Light intensity: 5 min max

  • Contrast control

  • Main measurement zoom function

  • Recording: On-site, time-lapse recording (time interval)

  • Indication of measurement stability

  • Measuring function that freezes at measurement stability state

The Salinity Sensor

The salinity and conductivity sensor consists of 4 electrodes: alternating current with constant voltage is established between a primary

pair of electrodes in graphite. Secondary electrodes in platinum allow voltage regulation that is applied to the primary electrodes to reflect

fouling. The voltage measured between the primary electrodes is a function of the resistance at the site and then of the conductivity.
